迈克尔在过去的17年学习fitness training for athletes and the general population. The process started when he began exercising with a PT at the age of thirteen. His goals at the time were to improve psychomotor skills and athletic performance. This knowledge changed his health for the better; improving his energy levels and confidence; shedding his baby fat and improving his musculature. Michael’s hard work led to a scholarship at Ohio University. Throughout his three years as a student athlete, he was fortunate to learn under the direction of certified strength and conditioning coaches. His experience as an athlete left him eager for experience as a coach. In January of 2010, he received his PT certification through the ACSM, assuming the responsibility of creating an individualized, safe exercise program and guiding the client toward achieving their health and fitness goals. His training has taught him that the human mind is capable of accomplishing so much when it is pushed and receiving positive encouragement. Michael’s goal is to provide this encouragement for your best physical effort every time you step into a training session.

尼娜的运动背景开始在高中with swimming, diving, and ice hockey. After a year of college hockey, her athletic focus shifted to weightlifting and group exercise. In her mid-twenties she started triathlon training and mixed martial arts. These intense activities led to injury and subsequently found Pilates. Nina realized when she stretched and performed corrective exercises, she felt great. Her current exercise philosophy is still rooted in Pilates, along with strength training, functional movement, therapeutic exercise, and sports psychology. Nina has always found exercise enjoyable, but struggled with food, weight and negative body image. Gaining then losing 90 pounds several times in her life required intense activity, dedication and led to injuries to her knees and spine requiring surgery and rehabilitation. These experiences taught to be kinder to herself and listening to her body, fueling it with the right foods and thoughts. Nina trains so she can teach and inspire others. Nina’s ultimate goal is to show clients how exercise and balanced living can actually be fun and enjoyable.

Born and raised in Alexandria Virginia, Chuck is a former dual sport athlete in football and lacrosse.
